Additional Features:  Matthew Lerch is known as a magnificent talent in the handmade knife world.  His art knives have won him great aclaim as a truly innovative and gifted maker.  This piece is a terrific way to get Matt's work at a very reasonable price.  The blade steel is twist pattern carbon damascus shaped in a fighter pattern.  The handle material is titanium with an overlay of nicely figured beige giraffe bone.  Along with great fit, finish lockup and action, this piece also features a nice ridged blade spine for heavy use and a knurled thumbstud for easy opening.  What a great using piece by a well known maker at a very reasonable price.
