This very rare Lawndale Straight Hunter pattern features a high polished ATS-34 blade and solid gold engraved nickel silver pins and guard by Mitch Mazzati. The handle scales are absolutely stunning sambar stag with shades of beige, brown and red. This stag is hands down the best that we have ever seen on a Loveless knife!! This knife feels great when you grab hold of it. What a joy to examine and hold this knife in your hand. To top it all off, this piece comes equipped with a pouch style handmade cowhide sheath which is signed by the maker, Bob Loveless. Getting one of Mr. Loveless' knives is very, very difficult. But, we enjoyed the challenge. Keep in mind, there is only one of these pieces available without the wait from the maker. So we do not believe this piece will last long. No collection should be without a piece from this knifemaking legend. |
