Special Features: Owen Wood is a very well respected name in the handmade knife world.  He is a long time member of both the US and South African Knifemakers Guild, as well as its former president.  Owen's talents include the creation of his own handmade knife designs as well as unique and intricate mosiac damascus steel.  This piece showcases both of Owens unique abilities through the implementation of a very nice wharncliffe pattern liner lock folder.  The blade steel of this lovely knife features a very rare one of a kind tri-mosaic composite steel with an interesting arch pattern, a turkish like raindrop pattern and a liner pattern as well.  Wow, what gorgeous steel.  The bolster steel is a quilted pattern Eggerling mosaic.  The walrus ivory scales are among the finest available with beautiful hues of light brown, beige and coffee.  The titanium liners have been anodized a rich copper/gold color which matches nicely with all the other colors in this piece.  This very unique piece is truly one of a kind  and would be a terrific addition to any serious collection.
